    This is where you reach your limit. Where you push yourself, physically and mentally. It’s a mix of cardio, strength, endurance, and plain old FUN. Think burpees and barbells, sprints, and resistance training, box jumps, and core work. Partner workouts, individual, and small group are the format for this high intensity class. Bootcamp is tailored to ALL levels of fitness.

  • Buns and Guns

    Toning, tightening, and firming is the name of this workout! Buns and Guns will target your glutes, guads, hamstrings, shoulders, back, biceps, and triceps. We use bands, resistance equipment, and dumbbells to focus on that round booty and strong arms.

  • Virtual HIIT

    Love group classes but tight on time? This High Intensity Interval class will target your entire body leaving you feeling ready to tackle your day. Connected through Google Meet, you log in, grab your weights, and get ready to work. The exercises range from strength moves to traditional HIIT exercises (burpees and mountain climbers). Be prepared to sweat and work hard for this 45 min burner in the comfort of your own home!

  • Personal Training / Strength

    During a personal training session, you’ll get one on one training (or small group if you choose) focusing on muscular strength and muscular endurance. I incorporate metabolic conditioning in all of my PT’s for a full body workout. Each PT is tailored to the clients individual needs and desires.

  • Strength & Conditioning

    Experience a dynamic fitness journey like no other in this class, where we harness the versatility of various equipment. From lifting dumbbells and barbells to battle ropes, tires, and more, every session offers a diverse range of challenges. We blend heart-pumping cardio with strength-focused exercises, ensuring you get a well-rounded workout that will push your limits and leave you feeling invigorated, building your strength and endurance.

  • Kids Strength and Conditioning

    This class is specially crafted for our young athletes, prioritizing their development in strength, mobility, and endurance. Under close supervision, they'll grasp the fundamentals of lifting and engage in dynamic drills tailored to enhance their athletic performance. Every session is custom-tailored to these aspiring athletes and the sports they train for, ensuring they excel and reach their full potential.
