It all started with a little pandemic.

Saint J Fitness started at the height of Covid and the Pandemic in late 2020. With a lack of options to get my workout on, my husband bought me my own lifting rack to put in the garage. From there, I started to program my own training, posting videos, and sharing tips from my workouts. A friend started following me and wanted me to help her get rid of the dreaded COVID - 15lbs! From there, a couple more friends wanted in, and I formed a Saturday Bootcamp class. The class gave all of us an outlet to relieve stress, take some “me time”, and connect with people, all while working on being healthier! My clients came in the rain and snow, super freezing temps, and even hail to get their sweat on and to connect with each other. Through this little bootcamp blossomed great friendships and a new career.

The best way to workout is with friends. My goal is for everyone in my class to feel comfortable and connect with each other. Workouts are so much more fun when your laughing, sweating, and connecting with others!
